This renovation was about establishing a deep connection to place through the use of thoughtfully selected materials, delivering a sensory experience that is both visual and tactile. The residence embraces the honesty and longevity of natural stone, Australian hardwood, and steel mesh, reminiscent of the rural farmhouse.

By reimagining the internal layout of the home, we enhanced the flow through the spaces, significantly increasing functionality and creating a harmonious living environment that aligns with the clients' lifestyle. The integration of large, external operable sliding louvers offers protection from the harsh western sun, allowing the homeowners to easily control heat and glare within the living areas without compromising the view.
